It gives me great pleasure to announce Caron Electric was awarded the 2012 Excellence in Customer Service.  This award is given out based upon research gathered by Celebration Media U.S. over the last twelve months. An accumulation of customer ratings, positive reviews, blogs and social networks are used to determine the highest rated and top-reviewed businesses.

Here at Caron Electric we pride ourselves in excelling to meet all of our customers needs and being pro-active in bringing the latest and greatest technology to our trade. With the use of social media like Twitter and Facebook we keep clients informed and try to give a face to our customer service department.  From answering our phones with a live operator 24/7 to responding to all emails within 24 hours or less you can always expect the best when working with Caron.  No matter how small the question or problem we understand how important our customers are to growing the business and strive to make every one of them feel appreciated.

When I first started with Caron Electric, about 10 years ago, I never thought of how many things could change in just one decade. What used to be as simple as a courtesy follow-up call or customer satisfaction survey has turned into a world where reviews and feedback is left before you have a chance to pull out of the driveway. That to me is exciting, the world does not stop, the wheels keep on turning and you must always make sure you got your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel if you want to drive your business successfully.  That is why receiving recognition like this Excellence in Customer Service Award by the Talk of the Town just reiterates responsive, responsible, and reactive customer service is good business practice.
